So Long!

I'm leaving for a little trip with my family.  Don't worry, I'll be back tomorrow!

So I  did in fact realize that I was going to post a link, but I never did.  For one, I forgot.  For two, I pasted the word
Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip Blip

What the, oh that's right.  Sorry about that.  I pasted the word mache in from Word so that it would have all the accents and things so I couldn't paste the link I have to go find it again.  Now the Blips above are from me writing my story.  I would paste a line of Blips in to separate the different world from each other.  If you don't understand, don't worry about it.  All you need to know is that I copied a whole bunch of Blips into blogger on accident because I thought it still had the word mache copied.

Anyhow, the link is:

It's about Lady Ga Ga and I know I said that I don't like her, but I changed my mind.  I just don't care for her music and I think she's creepy, as in intimidating in appearance.  But she has some pretty interesting messages in her songs.  I don't really know that much about her because I'm creeped out by her.  But on to better subjects:

So I realize that I had another thing to blog about.

My family took Muppet to my church so that she can see what it's like.  I think that she thought it was weird.  I can't really blame her though, I probably would feel the same way about her church.  She thought that the holy water font was a birdbath.  But I have to agree that one could describe it as looking like a birdbath.  I guess that makes me a bird, then.  Ha ha!  Now I know why they invented Twitter!

Then she came to Youth Group with me.  I think she enjoyed that.  Except she doesn't agree that Matthew is a cheater, but then again, I don't really think it says that he cheated people in the Bible.  It just says that he was a tax collector.  The bible didn't say that all tax collectors were cheaters.  But it doesn't say that he wasn't either.  I think that's just one of those questions that we'll just have to ask God when we make it to heaven.

I'm leaving soon so I better finish eating my apple that's sitting around turning brown.

Blogging Bloggy-ness!

Hello humble heroes!  That's right!  You are a hero!  Because each of you followers is one more reason why I shouldn't just delete my blog forever.  Although, I probably wouldn't do that.  Even if none of you read my blog, it's fun just to talk to myself.  I do that all the time.  Especially when no one will talk to me.  But you probably could have guessed that.

I'm listening to this awesome band called the Carpenters.  When I put the CD I'm thinking, "Oh no, another 20th century composer.  I wonder if this will be different." and it is and not at the same time.  All 70's music sounds like 70's music but, I don't know; I really like the tunes to some of the songs.  Yeah so anyways.

One of my many fans asked me to post some more paint pictures up.  Oh, I need to say something!  But then again, I guess I always say that even if it's not important.  One of my other little followers said something about pictures not uploading well in this new format.  My pictures are loading fine, though.  I haven't had any problems with loading pictures, yet.  I posted a picture of Cosmo in one of my older posts and it loaded fine.

Here's some pictures that I've made for a story that I was writing:

Yeah, so the people probably make no sense to you since (except Muppet) none of you have read it.  I feel like if I put the story here, it would be much to long.  Especially since I have an interesting link to share in a minute.  So I'm just going to explain the basic story.

Ninmixtine is the name of the person in the first picture.  She threw her English books at the wall.  Basically, her mother comes in, tells her to finish her school, and then she can call her friend (whose name is Minavena) over.  Ninmixtine finishes her school, calls her friend, discusses the new ringtone that Minavena has, then invites her over.  Minavena gets a call from some guy named Zimbermink, who she likes.  Later she comes to Ninmixtine's house and they talk and laugh about stuff, decide to go to the ice cream shop together, and then go to the movies.

Then the story shifts to an alternative universe where their complete opposites live.  A similar story happens but there are obvious differences.  Such as a paper mâché dog falls instead of a china cat and instead of her mom scolding her for destroying her books, it's her dad and instead of Minavena being excited when she enters Ninmixtine's house, she enters being in tears.  In the alternative universe, the two friends decide to build a portal to the other universe.

That's as far as I've gotten.  I'm going to work on that more today after I play with my brother.

Poetry at its Best and Craziness at its Worst

I'm kidding about the at it's best part and mostly all of the poems I write, I have tune in my head or an idea for a song.  But I can't really sing my poems to you because it always sounds different from how it sounds in my head.  I just wanted to write a song/poem-ish thing so I did.

See my hands
They’re shaking
See my heart
It’s breaking

I try to hold on
But then you’re gone

Where are you
What do I do
When the sky above
Is crashing through

Are you really there
When nobody cares
You hear my prayers
And my heart that tears

Hold me in your arms
Keep me safe from all who harm me
Hold me in your arms
When I fear that you have gone from me

And when the day keeps dragging on
And when the world is going wrong
And I ache for that new dawn
Just hold me
Lord you hold me

See my face
It’s crestfallen
Hear my voice
It tries calling

I try to listen
But you’re missing

Where are you
What do I do
When I’m feeling
Oh so blue

Are you really here
To listen to my fears
As you draw me near
And wipe away my tears

Hold me in your arms
Help me see the love around me
Hold me in your arms
Help me feel a little more free

The world is filled with sunshine
But I just see the moon
Gently hold your hand in mind
I know the sun will come out soon

But for now
Just hold me

See?  It looks like a song right?  Or sort of.  It's probably not actually as good as you were expecting.  But I like to rhyme things.  I don't know, but I think it's better than the Black Cat song I was trying to write in my head.  Especially since I forgot most of it once I thought of this but I'm certain if I sit down and think long enough, I could come up with something just as good.

So I have a lot to blog about.  But too much for one post.

Okay, so my brother quit gymnastics yesterday and he's joining Drama Club.  It's really exciting news for Muppet but most of his friends at gymnastics didn't even see it coming.  They were very surprised that he would quit after so many years.  But he's not into his work as much as he used to.  I grew out of gymnastics around his very same age.  I quit two years ago because I was bored of homeschool gymnastics and I didn't feel like I was excelling much at all in it since I hate doing anything that requires me to be upside-down and I was also sick of the headaches that I got from tumbling.  But my brother was different; or more like his reasons were different.  He just was tired of always being busy and never being able to see his family.

Another thing that's happening is that my family is planning on a vacation this summer in which we get to drive up north to see some friends that we haven't seen since January.  I can't wait!

So I thought that wouldn't fit in a blog post, but it did.  Oh well.

Oh, so I remember back in the beginning of this blog I was all like "I'm going to call my sister at college Fluff!"  but I never did.  Because I don't like fluff.  Like the kind that floats in the air and lands in your mouth and you try ripping your tongue out just so that you can pull a tiny piece of fluff out.  And then people look at you funny and say something like "Are you all right?" as if you really did pull your tongue out.  Then you blame the cat for making you look stupid in front of everyone.  But I don't hate my sister because that would be mean and not to mention a lie.  An obvious lie since when she comes home and then a week later has to leave again I'm shouting "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO COME BACK!!! I NEEEEEED YOU!"  Well, not really that much, but come on!  I'm an actress!  I need to be dramatic especially since it's been like a month since I've had lines to spit out.  Now I'm sitting here relieving myself from the stress of sitting here doing nothing but writing that I'm sitting here relieving myself from my stress while sitting here and stress and sitting and sitting on stress and poems and sitting and nothing and sitting on stress and doing nothing and...

AHHHHHHHH!  My train fell into my waffles and drowned in a tree called Blarney were the lagoon consumed the tissue paper making a Jack a lantern out of the pit in my stomach and calling for the fish that shouts out "taboo taboo" and Lady Ga Ga appears shouting "achoo achoo" and a giant ant farm explodes and Phineas and Ferb eat Perry the Platypus with chips and icecream in a classic dragster from Mario Kart Wii and then the rooster crows nine times signaling that Peter was supposed to eat his mashed potatoes earlier than six o clock in the morning of Christmas day 2143 when a colossal sock monkey named Stuff appeared and went up the hill and came down with all the bananas where Snow white and the seven giants went on a mission to capture a fortune teller by the name of Ray and make him eat all the sandpaper.  The end.

Now I must go do something besides blog before something worse pops into my mind.  And yes I know the font is purple.  I wanted it that way.

Why Doesn't Blogger Warn You About These Things?

So Blogger decided to change the blog format and stuff.  Not that change is bad...It's just I go used to the old format and now there's this one.  Maybe Muppet will have better luck uploading dolls.  Maybe.  I would like that.  Well, I was really thinking about uploading more music videos because I'm getting bored of the same old ones.  So here's Steven Curtis Chapman

LOL this is so funny!  Okay on to the next one
This song is actually part of the Rez Dance that we do at my church at Youth Group.

And another Dara MacLean.

So that I feel like is enough for today.  Oh, and I'm going to warn you again:

DO NOT PLAY ALL THE SONGS ON THIS BLOG AT ONE TIME.  Not that the computer will freeze up or something.  But I can guarantee that it takes a whole minute for you computer to realize that you've closed Internet Explorer of Mozilla or whatever internet thing you use.  Just warning you.  Oh, and you might give your mother a headache too, so, just don't play them all at one time.  I'm telling you this from experience.  So please just don't.  Just for me.  Please.  With a Cosmo muffin on top?

Oh, that's my nickname for Cosmo: she's my Pluffen McMuffin.  Look!  There she is right now!

There's Cosmo the Pluffen Muffin for you!  She's so FLUFFY I'm going to die!  Yes.  I quoted Despicable Me.  Get over it.  I quote a lot of people and movies.  One thing I can't get over is how fuzzy Cosmo is!  Gee, I wonder where she is.  I've looked all over for her this morning.  I have a tradition of reading my history with her.  Oh!  I know what I'm going to do today!  I'm going to add to my profile and say that I like Cosmo.  Then I'm going to see how many people in the world like my fuzzy kitty!  I bet I'm the only one in the world likes a cat named Cosmo.  Did I ever tell you why her name is Cosmo?  I got to name her when we found her on our door step.  My sisters really wanted to name her Ella from the book Ella Enchanted or a name that started with M since she has the M on her forehead that most tabby cats do.  But I decided that her name should be Cosmo for no apparent reason that I can remember except that I had a colorful bear named Cosmo.  I don't even know how I named that bear Cosmo and why I decided to name my cat Cosmo as well.  So really it's a mystery.

My brother is reading this wildlife book and he learned that there are only 500 alligators left in the wild.  Then I told him that there are only 100 pumas left in the wild as well.  He also learned about this plant that's related to the Cashew plant that's completely poisonous.  And the mango tree sap is poisonous.  And there's a Jack o' Lantern Mushroom that glows in the dark.

Now I'm listening to WOW the 90's and there's a ton of old songs from people like DC Talk and 4Him.  As I listen to them I'm like "Wow! I remember this song!  It sounds so old now."  which makes me feel old.  Whatever.  Old music is cooler anyways.  Like the Beatles or the Newboys.  Back to work (as in writing for fun LOL)

Rolling in the Deee-eee-eeep and Video Game Images

The last Adele song that I know and it's right here.  Or more like above here since the word here is not actually where the music video is but...

So I finished my school for today (or what I can do of it right now since my sister has the book that I'm supposed to read a Ronald Reagan speech from).

I kept checked my email today and then realized that I wouldn't have anything new since Muppet is at some Drama Meeting that only a few of us drama people are going to (excluding me).  Muppet, her mother, her friend, Al, and our director were the only people at the meeting.  Apparently their talking about this summer's musical.

I feel like listening to good music now... Ah, Matt Maher!  That's good music!  Or at least to me.  Jesusfreakhidout.com isn't very fond of him.  Hence the fact that they only show two of his CD's.  My family owns three of them.  It shows Empty and Beautiful and Alive Again but it's missing his newest CD.  It also does not show the newest Francesca Battistelli CD or anything from Mike's Chair.  But they have the lyrics for Jamie-Grace's EP on their website.  Seriously?  And you don't have the newest Francesca CD?

Anyways.

I'm trying to animate a cat as shown below in these two pictures:

and yes I know that Mario is in the picture here.  He was mainly there for sizing the cat correctly.  As you can see, I have set pictures for the cat walking, moving its head, sitting, and jumping.  I feel like I could make a video game with these images.  I've tried making video-game-like images before as shown below in these Blob Adventure games:

These I never attempted animating because I don't really have a real way to animate image beyond scrolling through images on Microsoft PowerPoint which is what I've been using for the cat.  But it's still cool.

One day I'll make a videogame and I'll be famous and...Yeah, that will happen.  Just like it'll happen that I'll have 1,000 followers on this blog and lets not even mention numbers of Facebook friends or friends in general.  Oh well, I'm pretty happy sitting here creating junk on Paint that only I look at ever.  But I think that the junk is pretty.  Look a lady with a cat!  That one's old.  I don't think I've drawn something like that in years!

Look!  They even have different hair and the cats have different fur colors!

So now you know what I've been up to, I'm going to go do something fun for a while...

Another Adele song...and an Amy Grant one...and Cosmo joins in!

There's your next song for you.  This is the one that my brother's always singing.  The other song he constantly sings/hums is Doctor Who theme but that has nothing to do with Adele.  I feel like posting another good song today:

Look it's Amy Grant!  Also a great Christian artist.  This song is very touching.  I have to say this is probably one of my favorites of her songs.

I also have a picture or two for you:

Or maybe three, or four or five... but Cosmo is just so adorable.  I think I'm going to have to start taking pictures of that cat again because eventually I'm going to run out of my old Cosmo pictures.  Let's get down to business [To defeat the Huns (From Mulan)] !

I'm baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!

Hi.  I'm back.  Sorry, I haven't been blogging lately.  There are five reasons for that, I assure you!

1. I was cleaning the house.
2. doing school
3. looking up awesome old video games for the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) and all video games featuring Mario (which it included a golf game in which the golfer looked like Mario)
4. brainstorming ideas for my book and for what I will do when Muppet comes to visit
5. going on Facebook normally for the first time in what feels months

Okay so maybe I've mostly been procrastinating.  But it's not procrastinating.  I was simply waiting for a good subject to blog about.

I have the hiccups.  Now there's a good subject (rolls eyes).  It's hard to type or eat or read or anything with the hiccups.  It's worse when you're coughing, sneezing and hiccuping at the same exact time.

So I was looking up old video games as I said above.  I don't see why school can't give you fun subjects to write reports and things on.  Like the history of video games.  Or the science behind making the perfect pasta.  I don't know, it just sounds funner than writing about the French Revolution or Carbon Dioxide.  Not that I've ever written a paper on Carbon Dioxide.  But it was just an example of something boring.

Oh!  Like I was saying...Um, what was I saying?  Oh, yes *ahem* video games...

UGH! My music!  I love this song!  But it's distracting me.  The Last Night of the World from Miss Saigon.  Not that I've actually have seen that musical.  I just like the song because it's on some CD my family got from Sam's.  Mozilla Fire Fox is weird.  It doesn't think Sam's is a word.  But when I typed Sunny's, it thought it was a word.

Ugh.  My mind.  Ah!  My brother has a Sonic Screwdriver for his birthday!  The Fourth Doctor, that is.  As in Tom Baker as in the best Doctor in the history of Doctor Who.  Oh, I'm sorry.  I don't know if you know who Doctor Who is.  He's a guy in a cool TV Show that's on Netflix.  So if you're on Netflix, try him out.  Just once.  For me.  Tom Baker is cool.  Trust me.  Even if the show is from the 60's.  Trust me.

VIDEO GAMES!!!! I CAN'T KEEP TO THE SUBJECT AT HAND!

So I learned a lot from this article about Donkey Kong the arcade game.  I learned that Mario was formerly known as Jumpman and Princess Peach was called Lady.  Then Jumpman became Mario.  And Princess Peach.  But Princess Peach took a long time to evolve into Princess Peach.  First she was Lady, then later changed to Pauline, then was just Princess, then Princess Toadstool, then Princess Peach.  And Mario has always been Mario ever since and Yoshi was Yoshi and Luigi was Luigi and Wario was Wario and so on and so fourth.

Then I looked up a whole bunch of Video Games that I realized that I've played before but didn't realize what they were.  So apparently I really do know video games from the 80's.  I realized I've also seen the original Donkey Kong video game before.  Granted, it didn't actually do much else besides eat tokens and frustrate me, but that's besides the point!  Wait.  What is the point?  Is it a pencil tip?  Isn't that the point?  Don't you know it's not polite to point?  Look ! <-- an exclamation point!  That's the point.

Anyways.  I'm reading this awesome amazing book called The Hiding Place.  It's really cool.  It's a true story about this person living in a watchmaker's shop during World War 2.  And she tries to hide innocent Jews in her home so that the Nazi's won't come and take them to those awful camps.  You learn a lot from reading.  I highly suggest that you read a good book.  Like The Hiding Place.

So this is a long post so I should stop here.

That's right!  Don't Panic!!! I'll be back tomorrow with more random happiness! :D

Happy Easter to All and to All a Good Night!

Happy Easter!

So I was going to blog today which I obviously am.  I wanted to blog these Matt Maher videos my mom sent to me:

So I tried posting this before but Blogger was having issues with me logging out from Gmail and then it ruined my post so I had to delete the last three videos and replace them.  So it should work this time because I have not logged out of Gmail.

I am excited to say that my Easter has be fabulous.  I got a brand new hat!!  I'm so happy!  I have plenty of Easter candy to munch on and I had a lovely traditional meal (in my family at least) of eating lamb and lasagna on Easter with all of our family.

I wish a happy Easter to all and God bless you all.  I hope you have a great Easter.  I'm wearing my hat.  That means my Easter is perfect.  Lasagna, candy, hats, and a whole hour of Facebook...How could life get better?  Oh, wait.  I just realized plenty of reasons.  But it's good enough.  I'm going to have a ball to day!

CAT ATTACK!!!

Follow the fuzzy gray kitties!

Yeah so I wanted to throw in the picture of the pink clouds because they were pretty and random and pretty random and mostly because I could.  The pictures of sunny is kind of random too.  I love the picture of Cosmo reading the Bible, though.

I posted pictures of cats on facebook a while ago.  These are only a few of my favorites.  I posted like, what, 120 pictures of them on my wall.  Yeah, so, I love cats.  What's new?

Blogging on Blogs About Blogging

So I needed to thank my friend R for giving me the link to her blog.  Or rather, giving it to my mom so that she could give it to me.  I would have gotten it myself, but that would be breaking my fast from Facebook.  Plus I don't have her email.  Wait, that's a lie, I probably do have it.  Somewhere.  In the huge file named Drama Club, Drama Crew on my gmail account.  I was going to thank R by posting on her blog, but I don't know how to make Blogger work with Tumblr.  Which is why I'm not technically following her blog.  My sister whose at college would know how to do it.

Oh darn!  My sister at college isn't at college anymore!  She's not even in the same state as me anymore.  She went up north for some diplomacy class in Washington DC.  I am so jealous.  Or not.  Because it's school.  And she has to wear fancy suits and make up.  I don't like make up.  Nor is my etiquette good.  Or my grammar.  Or my spelling.  I would flunk.  Basically, I just want to go to DC and see all the fancy shmancy museums up there.  I'm certain you have to wear a suit just to enter those museums.

So, I have breaking news that should have been in a couple earlier blog posts.  That's that I told my mom that I have a crush.  I thought she would be angry or something.  But apparently my mother was happy.  So now I'm blogging about it because it probably won't matter anymore that I like a guy since he's going off to college soonishly.  Oh well, that means he'll get smart and stuff.  And probably forget about me.  That's life for you, don't expect anything or else you'll be disappointed.  Then you have the saying that one of the BodyFlow instructors said once.  It was probably just because the next track was abs, but I thought it was a great saying in all areas of life:

"If it were easy, you would be disappointed."

I wish he had a Facebook or that I knew his email or phone number or SOMETHING.  But I don't.  I could pray about it.  But I already have.  I asked my mom about it.  She suggested sending him a card.  That's nice.  Only I don't know what his address is.  Even if I lose him, there is one thing I must remember:

There we go.  That was close! Blogger started pitching a fit when I asked it, politely, to put that picture up.  So yeah.  Basically that's it.  And R posted on Facebook once:

"When you're drowning, remember that your lifeguard walks on water."  Best quote ever.  She is so inspirational.  She is the best person I ever friended on Facebook.  I would say Muppet is the best, but obviously if I didn't have Facebook we wouldn't miss out on any of our deep heart to heart conversations since most of them occur over email.  Plus I'm fasting.  When I went on yesterday, I spent five minutes on Muppet's wall and twenty minutes on R's wall.  She has so much to say.  And all of what she says is so good and so filled with God.  She's just amazing.

And Muppet is too.  Don't get me wrong.  I wouldn't have half the conversations with her that I do if she weren't.  But really, if I quote anybody on my blog, it's probably going to be R.

October Baby, Baby Showers, and Big Black Boots

I wanted to put Broken and Beautiful on my blog but I can't find the version of the song that I want.

So I can't seem to put music from my computer on here either so you are stuck without that song and you are stuck with only lyrics and the option that YOU NEED TO LOOK UP BROKEN AND BEAUTIFUL!  No, I am not shouting or demanding it be done.  I'm using caps lock and encouraging you to listen to it.  Mark Schultz is an amazing and inspiring song writer.  He has the most amazing voice too.

There’s a businessman
There’s a widowed wife
There’s a smiling face with a shattered life
There’s a teenage girl with a choice tomake
It’s crowded here in church today

And the preacher says as the sermon ends
Please close your eyes and bow your heads
Is there anyone in need of prayer
Jesus wants to meet you here
‘cause we all fall short
We all have sinned
But when you let
God’s Grace break in…

(Chorus)
It’s beautiful
Beautiful
Come as you are
Surrender your heart
Broken and beautiful

Well he’d never been to church before
But he came today as a last resort
His world was crashing in
And he was suffocating in his sin

But tears ran down
As hope rushed in
He closed his eyes
Raised his hands
Worshiping the God who can
Bring him back to life again

(Chorus)

Cause there’s nothing more beautiful to God
Than when his sons and daughters come
Broken
Alleluia
Alleluia
Come as you are
Alleluia
Alleluia
Come as you are

(Chorus)

Alleluia
Alleluia
Come as you are
(Come as you are)
Surrender your heart
Broken and beautiful

Alleluia
Alleluia
Come as you are
(Come as you are)
Surrender your heart
Broken and beautiful

Okay so that  was off subject.  My cousin is going to have a baby so of course, I got invited to her baby shower as well as my sister who's not at college and my mom since we're her family.  It was nice because I got to see my cousin's sister (who of course is my cousin as well) and their mom.

Later we saw October Baby at the Cobb theater.  Let me tell you, that movie is worth seeing in a big expensive theater.  It's inspiring.  I won't spoil too much; not more than what they say on Joy FM about it.  It's about this girl who collapses on stage and finds out the truth about herself.  The truth isn't always easy though.  She goes on a trip to find out the truth and the whole truth about who she is.

I almost cried during that movie.  But I didn't.  I teared up.  Which shows how emotional it was to me.  It is definitely a must-see.

Sorry, I'm getting distracted by the Mark Schultz CD I put on.  He's a really good artist.  Just saying.  I love people who write stories within their songs.  He might pop up on my blog more.  I think I put the lyrics to one of his songs in an older post.

Okay, so after the movie, my sister, mom and I went to Kohl's and I bought two new pairs of shoes.  Or should I say, one pair of awesome shoes and a pair of BIG BLACK BOOTS!!! My first pair!  I'm so happy.

I'm going to go on Facebook since it's Sunday so I get to break my fast from not doing Facebook.  Easter is next week which makes me excited because it has been sad not being able to post on my friend's wall.
