Short Post in a Long Time

Now with Thanksgiving gone and past, I'm getting ready for the holidays.  I can't wait for advent...and then Christmas of course!

But I guess since everyone is writing about how thankful they are for things, maybe I'll write about my thankfulness until Advent begins.  Which isn't long so...

Starting:

I'm thankful for God most of all.  I mean, He's was/is/will always be there for me.  I've been learning lots about him through experience and I hope in the future I can get to love him even more.  Sometimes I feel like I just kind of keep Him in my pocket and only use Him occasionally when I should be wearing him on my heart wear everyone can see.  I'm thankful that, even though I can be a terrible person in all my sin, God always will love me for me.

I'm thankful for my family, which I have so much of.  I love my mother and my father for always being here for me and caring for me even if I don't act like I care in return.  I'm thankful that they're so understanding of me even when I think they don't.

My siblings have always set good examples for me and I'm so thankful for all their help in my life. I thank them for all their help and love even if I'm annoying sometimes.  I'm also thankful for all the good fortune my sisters have had in their life and that E could come home safely from college.
